21c11 was built to works order No. 1189 entered traffic on 30^th December 1944

The naming ceremony for “General Steam Navigation” took place at Waterloo Station on 29^th February 1945 and was carried out by Mr. Kelso, Chairman of the General Steam Navigation Company.

29/09/1950 – Cab modified to wedge type
16/05/1953 – Front cylinder to buffer beam casing removed, also sliding covers for manifold valves and whistle removed
05/06/1954 – Boiler Pressure reduced from 280 to 250 psi

19/02/1955 -  Balanced crank axle to Drg. W.11247 fitted

29/03/1956 – Plain coupling rods fitted
03/08/1957 – Tender modified / Cut Down
04/07/1959 – Re-enters service after Rebuilding

20/05/1961 – AWS and Speedometer fitted

Summer 1966 - Centre crank axle replace with a plain axle (crank axle fitted to 35026 at Weymouth)

Sold to Woodhams Brothers in Barry in March 1967.
